Position Overview

Responsible for preparing annual budget, interim financial statements, month end financial analysis, capital expenditure justifications, and short and long term planning and pricing strategies. Analyzes operations of hospital regarding re-engineering, pricing, profitability and compliance related issuers. Monitors reimbursement with payers. Manages to net revenue targets. Manages and leads business intelligence function. Serves as the financial liaison between corporate functions and local business unit. Provides cash management, financial and business decision support to Southwestern and Professional Corporation of Oklahoma.


Key Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.

  • At least 5-8 years’ experience in a Healthcare Finance Leadership position

  • Must have experience working in a hospital environment

  • Must have excellent strategic, analytical and organizational skills, be able to coordinate and manage multiple priorities and responsibilities

  • Good written, verbal and presentation communication skills

  • Advance knowledge of PC and other office equipment with Window experience required. Have experience working with large ERP systems such as Lawson, PeopleSoft and SAP.

  • Outstanding telephone and customer service skills required

    Must be efficient, reliable and adaptable to change while maintaining high productivity levels
