Position Overview

Through a keen understanding of CTCA’s business, this role is responsible for coordinating and documenting patient focused healthcare through many facets across the organization. Responsibilities include accountability for accurately reporting day-to-day acquisition of patient retention data, as well as long term planning for the retention function. Provides direction to improve touch point effectiveness along the patient lifecycle. Builds and maintains key relationships with Care Management RNs, Patient Relations, Schedulers and Business and Guest Services discussing issues related to follow-up and removal of barriers for patients who would like to return, as well as, maintaining ongoing contact and communication with patients, caregivers, care managers and clinical services departments.

Key Position Qualifications

  • BA/BA in Management or Business related field

  • Two(s) years medical office experience

  • 1-3 years previous data analyst and reporting experience strongly preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft programs, specifically the use of Excel , Power Point and Word

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong ability to multi-task

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with patients, caregivers, Stakeholders and Leaders

  • Ability to think analytically and proactive problem solving

  • Self-motivated; able to work with minimal supervision
