Our Family

We are one family - empowered by individuals

Our employees are an extremely important asset to our family. We refer to them as stakeholders because they have a stake in our ability to help win the fight against cancer every day. Our stakeholders know that everything they do on a daily basis ultimately supports the care of the patients and caregivers, and genuinely makes a difference in the lives of others.

At Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA), at Southwestern Regional Medical Center, you have the opportunity to succeed while having the support you need to achieve that success. Our leadership team believes in empowering stakeholders to participate in their ongoing growth and development to ensure we have a healthy, loyal, fully-performing stakeholder in every role.
