Description
The laundry custodian works as a member of the CTCA Environmental Services team in an effort to provide non-medical sanitation support as a contribution to positive patient outcomes. Positions includes removing soiled linens from all patient areas Special care unit, clinic areas and ancillary areas, taking all soiled linen to the specialty room, collecting clean linens to place in the linen room distributing clean linen to all patient areas, special care unit clinic areas ancillary areas and guest rooms. High School diploma or GED One year previous Environmental Services experience Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers Knowledge of chemicals and chemical safety
