Lead the team effort of providing dietary support for the organization and those under its specialized care. The dishwasher is responsible for providing clean and sanitary dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. for patient/staff. Make sure café , cooking area and cook line are well stocked with needed items so the network within the department may continue to run smoothly. Cleans and sanitizes materials in compliance with Health Department standards. Provide the most sanitary working conditions.
