Description

OVERVIEW

Lead the team effort of providing dietary support for the organization and those under its specialized care. The Diet Clerk is responsible for patient meal orders taken by phone, delivery of patient trays to room, menu distribution and collections, tray line operation, supplement delivery and filling requisitions for other departments.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous food service experience with special diets and tray line production systems
  • Must have currently dated Food Handler's Card from Tulsa County Health Department
