Contribute to the team effort of providing dietary support for the organization and those under its specialized care in the inpatient and outpatient setting. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for multiple areas of culinary operations including: inpatient, outpatient café, catering, delivery of food to guest rooms and filling requisitions for other departments. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for meeting all regulatory agency standards including, but not limited, to The Joint Commission and Tulsa Health Department.
Key Position Qualifications
Demonstrate critical thinking and sound judgment
Demonstrate leadership skills
Demonstrate ability to utilize critical thinking and apply sound judgment and assessment skills for decision making
1 year of experience preferred
Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills
Ability to interact with a wide variety of individuals and handle several situations simultaneously
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous food service experience with special diets and tray line production systems.
Must have current Food Handler’s Card from Tulsa County Health Department or Serve Safe certification
Basic knowledge of cash register system
Working experience with Microsoft outlook
