Description

Responsible for reporting clinic data and statistics for clinical, financial and quality reports, including the HAR report. Audits time and attendance for clinic stakeholders to ensure hours worked are accurate and updated for payroll deadlines. Support the Nurse Navigation department with scheduling and collection and management of documentation. Provides support to the Vice President, Oncology Patient Services, including scheduling appointments, meeting arrangements, travel arrangements, scheduling large group functions.

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor degree preferred
• Five years related experience supporting a medical outpatient clinic, director/executive level
• Excellent organizational and statistical analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Ability to appropriately interact with all levels of the organization and represent the department in a professional manner
